The courses are open to anyone who wants to improve their cooking skills, whether you are just starting out or already cook every day. Each course is designed to help you take a specific skill to the next level. You can see all the courses on sanjeevkapooracademy.com.

All current courses, what each one covers and their latest prices are listed on sanjeevkapooracademy.com. The price shown on the course page is the price you pay.

1. Go to sanjeevkapooracademy.com and open the page of the course you want.
2. Click Enrol Now.
3. Enter your name, email ID and a password. Use an email ID you can open, because your purchase confirmation is sent to it and you will log in with it.
4. Click Pay Now and enter your phone number.
5. Choose a payment method (UPI, card, netbanking, wallet or any other option shown) and complete the payment.

The course opens automatically as soon as the payment is complete. If you face any problem while enrolling, email us at [email protected].

Immediately. As soon as your payment is complete, the course is added to your account and you can start watching.

Most courses are taught in easy, everyday Hindi with a mix of simple English. The Bakery Business Accelerator Program is taught mainly in English with some Hindi.

Every course has two parts:

1. Video lessons by MasterChef Sanjeev Kapoor, his team and guest experts: pre-recorded insights and step-by-step recipe videos.
2. Recipe PDFs: each recipe video comes with a PDF that you can download and cook from.

You get access to all the videos, instructions and downloadable recipe PDFs in the course. You may also get priority access to future events and masterclasses.

No. The course price is the final price. There are no other charges.

The courses are self-paced, so you can learn whenever it suits you. From time to time we hold live sessions with MasterChef and the team. Details are shared in advance by email and on our social media channels, and you can join live or watch the recording later.

2. Enter the email ID and password you used when you enrolled.
3. Select the course you want to watch and click Continue.

1. Click Login, then click Forgot Password.
2. Enter the email ID you used when you first signed up.
3. Open the email we send you and click the link in it. If you do not see it, check your Spam, Promotions or Updates folder.
4. Create a new password and log in.

If you are not sure which email ID you used, email us at [email protected] with your name, phone number and a screenshot of your payment, and we will find your account.

Please check these two things first:

• Are you logged in with the same email ID you used to pay? Look for the purchase confirmation email we sent after your payment. If you cannot find it in any of your inboxes, you may have entered a different email ID at checkout.
• Is your internet connection stable? Try opening another website. If pages load slowly, the videos may not play.

If you remember the other email ID, log in with it. You can then change it to your preferred email ID in the Profile section. If you do not remember it, email us at [email protected] with proof of payment and we will sort it out.

Each course is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. You can watch it as many times as you like during that period. After 365 days, access to the course ends. Any recipe PDFs you have already downloaded stay with you.

As many times as you like while your course is valid.

Yes. The courses are on demand, so you can watch on any device whenever it suits you, and download the recipe PDFs to practise in your own kitchen.

Yes. The videos play in the web browser of any smartphone. You can also watch on a tablet, laptop or desktop computer.

Yes. You can log in on your phone, tablet, laptop or computer. However, the course plays on only one device at a time.

1. Log in and open your course.
2. Click the ≡ menu icon at the top left.
3. Find the recipe you want in the list of sections.
4. Click the download button to save the PDF.

We do not accept cash or cash deposits, and we do not sell gift coupons. Please be careful of anyone who claims to be our partner or representative and offers to sell you a course directly. Buy courses only on sanjeevkapooracademy.com.

A payment can fail because of:

• insufficient funds
• your bank blocking the transaction
• a slow or unstable internet connection
• a temporary problem with the payment method

Please try again with a different payment option, such as another card, UPI or a digital wallet.

When a payment is successful, the course is added to your account immediately. If money was debited but you cannot see the course, the payment may not have completed because of a problem at the bank's end or an unstable internet connection.

In some cases the payment takes 2 to 3 days to reach us. Otherwise, the amount is credited back to your account.

If you would like us to check your payment, email [email protected] with your registered email ID and the transaction ID or a screenshot of the payment.

Our course content is carefully curated by experts. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can ask for a refund within 12 hours of buying the course, and we will refund 100% of the price.

Refunds are considered case by case and cannot be claimed as a right. A refund may not be given if:

• more than 25% of the course has been watched
• an assessment in the course has already been attempted
• the course completion certificate has been downloaded
• multiple logins are seen on the account
• the request is made more than 12 hours after purchase

The Bakery Business Accelerator Program is non-refundable.

To ask for a refund, email [email protected] within 12 hours of your purchase with your registered email ID, the course name and the reason for your request.

Approved refunds are credited to your account within 5 to 7 days, depending on bank holidays and your bank's process. Once a refund is issued, access to the course ends.

1. Log in with your email ID and password.
2. Open your course and watch it completely.
3. Complete the course assessments, if your course has any.
4. Go to your dashboard, click the certificate and then click Download Certificate.

• what went wrong, with a screenshot if possible (for payment issues, the transaction ID or a screenshot of the payment)
